正則吉 ❃ 人類社會的進步，有唯新唯喜的趨勢。這雖是由整個人群的力量所促成，但是它的中心力量，是靠許多正直為人為骨幹，起著領導作用，而得到萬千大眾的裞服與擁戴，才能有口此的結果。所以：好人當道，民慶昇平;小人在位，雞犬不寧。聖人以為爭取民心的關鍵，在於用人的得失。在位者能知此理，守之不渝，自可永保權位了。 ❃ 功成名就。
