為政固難亦不難 舉賢重任事當先 賢才得近小人遠 事業成功理必然

近賢才小人遠則吉 ❃ 為政二字，表面上看是指的作官秉政的意思。如按、國父孫中山先生的解釋，政者眾人之事也。所以為政就是辦理眾人之事。為政府首長，固然是為政;政者眾人之事也。所以為政就是辦理眾人之事。為政府首長，固然是為;而各行各業之中，所有的各級負責人員所執行的管理工作，也都是為政。為政最要者，是講公道，去私心，辨是非，明賞罰，重用賢而有能之人，就是知人善任。則事無不成，功無不立。 ❃ 事業成功。
